C. Eric Schmidt is the senior partner of C. E. Schmidt & Associates PLLC – a Houston area domestic relations law firm. Licensed in Texas since 1980 with over 40 years of legal practice, Mr. Schmidt is as experienced a litigator as can be retained in the greater Houston area. In 1980, Mr. Schmidt handled his first highly contested family law case, and he has litigation experience including extensive trial experience in commercial real estate, business litigation and civil litigation – although for the past 30 years his practice has focused on family law cases. Mr. Schmidt spent 25 years serving as a leader in the Boy Scouts of America and continues to play hockey with others who are decades younger!
